Mission Critical Systems policy
Reliable It. Solutions, Inc. strives to provide fast, reliable, on-demand support for all of our clients. This is not always possible due to the finite number of hours and Reliable I.T. Employees. To try and balance this reality with the needs of our clients we schedule support based on the following Policy.
· Support issues concerning “Mission Critical” Systems that provide data or applications essential to the functioning of our clients’ main business are given first priority.
· Support for Clients who have Monthly Minimum Service Contracts are given priority over those client who do not.
· Support time can be scheduled months in advanced. Subcontracted scheduled support time is consider “mission critical” time.
These policies may result in scheduled time slots being rescheduled. These policies are designed to ensure the best level of support for all of our clients needs.
